In a tragic incident sales boy who was working in Titan Show room with Shoppers stop as a sales man died in a accidental death at Malad Inorbit Mall. Deceased identified as Brij Kishore Trivedi. According to the reports victim Brij Kishore Trivedi complained of chest pain on Monday. He wanted to go on leave but floor Manager denied his request, suddenly he fells down, his colleagues immediately offered him INO drink but unfortunately he died.
Abhijeet Rane, Union leader and Dhadak kamgaar General Secretary took this issue seriously and visited the hospital and met victim’s Family at Siddhartha Hospital.

Speaking with ‘Hello Mumbai News’ he said, it’s a unfortunate incident Floor manager and Shoppers stop Management is responsible for this incident, they  took this matter very lightly it’s a case of negligence, our demand is to conduct an inquiry and police should register an FIR against the culprit who is responsible,secod   attractive compensation money should be given to the victim family, being union leader of workers I would request to the Government of Maharashtra they should review the security of the labour and labour law should be followed by all Mall”.

Why Bangur Nagar police have not registered the case of Negligence one person died in the incident ,union leader Abhijeet Raane added.
