Big relief for Mira road people Bombay High Court granted bail to all 16 accused in Mira Road Communal riots case.
Earlier These 16 accused’s  Bail Application was rejected by Thane Session Court against this order all of them moved to Bombay High court and Challenged this order at Bombay High Court.Bombay High Court took this case seriously and passed this Order.
All accused were jailed for the past Months but now they Can freely walk on Bail.

Brief About the Case

In the Month of January Communal Clashes occurred between two Communities in Naya Nagar,Mira road during religious procession, Ram Mandir Mandir Pran Pratishtha .

During this Clashes personal Commercial Properties, Auto Rickshaws were targeted by rioters.Police registered an fir against 34 persons under Section 307 IPC and others in various police stations and arrested them
