Maharashtra Navnirman Sena has decided to Contest Maharashtra Assembly Election 2024 Solo. On Monday MNS Chief Raj Thackeray announced the first list of 29 Candidates.In Loksabha Election 2024 Thackeray ‘s MNS Supported NDA Alliance in Maharashtra but surprisingly in Assembly Election MNS going to contest solo.
As per list Raj Thackeray’s Son Amit Thackeray will contest Election from Mahim against Seating Sena MLA Sada Sarvankar (Now in Shivsena Shinde Gut ), Sandeep Deshpandey loyal face of the party will contest From worli against Aditiya Thackeray
MNS fielded its candidates in Thane City, Kalyan rural, Bhiwandi rural, Nasik, Bhandup, Pune etc.
MNS Chief Raj Thackeray Believes party will come in power from Marathi Strong hold areas.
In 2009 MNS won 13 seats of 143 Contested seats. But in 2019 party secured only 1 seats.MNS is struggling to come in power for the past two years. In last two Assembly election Marathi speakers voters rejected to Raj Thackary because he openly supported to PM Modi in 2014 Loksabha Election and didn’t fielded candidates against BJP but fielded against Shivsena.
