FIR against Farhaan Baig for Dowry demand Bandra.

Brief facts of the Case :

Dowry demand case  registered against Farhaan Baig and his family residing in Palm land society, Pali hill, Bandra West owner of National Electric poles Manufacturing situated in 2nd Lane Daru khana Mumbai..

19years old complainant wife was married to the accused (Farhaan baig) on November 7th 2018 (8months ago) .From day one she was mentally tortured and harrashed by husband and in laws the reason was very clear they demanded dowry from the victim .

The complainant further alleged that later in-laws starting harrassing her and tried to kill her accidentally as she was’nt in a position to fulfill their demand.

Husband and whole family inspite of being well-settled harrassed, Abused, torched and beaten victim for dowry.

By not fulfilling their demand husband threw his wife(victim) out of the house over dowry demand within 4months after marriage.

Accused and his family member did not respond to any calls messages or liked to meet victims family.

An FIR have been lodge against five members of baig  family for dowry demand and mental harassment case (498A, 323, 324, 504, 506) at Bandra Police Station .

4• Imran Baig (Brother in-law)
5• Saba Baig (Sister in-law)

An FIR have been done against the accused and his family and anticapatory bail application is submitted in the court by the Accused.
