MESCO Trust, a Mumbai based Secular NGO strive to improve the quality of life of the financially disadvantaged by promoting meaningful education and health since 1968.

MESCO organized free Medical camp at Govandi area on 30th April 2023 in association with Vimla Eye hospital and HLL Maha lab. The camp included free Medical consultation, free Eye Check-Up, free Blood tests (includes CBC, thyroid, Sugar, Lipid profile, Renal profile, SGOT, SGPT) In addition to it, BMD was also checked. Calcium, Multivitamins and De-worming medicines were provided free of cost to the needy patients.

170 patients were assessed, advised and counseled. Large number of people who were part of the camp included middle aged individuals who were having basic fitness issues related to cardiovascular and musculoskeletal system like knee, back & neck pain.

For Eye Check up,patients were screened and eye glasses were provided to 123 patients at the rate of Rs. 120/- only. 12 cataract patients were identified for surgery, they were referred to Pramukh Swami Eye hospital, Chuna Bhatti.
The free Health check-up Camp set by the MESCO was a huge success and of a great help to all the beneficiaries attended the camp.
