Today Special Maharashtra Control of Organise Crime Act (MCOCA)  Pronounced special judgement against deported Mafia Don Chhota Rajan and convicted him along with his five associates  under MCOCA.Court promouncpr eight year Imprisonment to six people including Chhota Rajan.

Chhota Rajan found guilty in 2012 attempt to murder and Extortion case which was filed by Mumbai Hotelier B.R.Shetty .

Brief fact of the case :

In 2012 Hotelier B.R.Shetty wad attacked by Rajan gang members with gun in Andheri when B.R.Shetty was going to meet his friend he received sustained ingury because of bullet before attack he was also getting threat and Extortion call from Rajan gang .B.R.Shetty a well known hotelier in Mumbai he had chain of hotels in Foreign countries also.

Don Chhota Rajan was arrested in Indonesia in 2015 and he was deported in October 2015 from Indonesia now he is Tihar Jail Delhi.
