Former Mumbai Commissioner of Police Param Bir Singh today suspended from his post .Maharashtra Government have passed the order.Mr.Prambir Singh accaused of Extortion racket and many Firs registered agsinst him in Mumbai and Thane.

Sources reveal that Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has signed the suspension file and orderd to Home Department.

This comes after the Maharashtra Home Department had conducted a departmental inquiry against the Former Police Commissioner for administrative lapses.

The Home Minister Dilip Walse also confirmed this news ,” After proper investigation we took this decision.
We were  in the process of taking legal action against former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh for his indiscipline and other irregularities. The process for his suspension is now over i,” Maharashtra Home Minister Dilip Walse said.
