As you all are aware that I am from a very respectable and reputed business family and I have been doing Social work for a last many years. I have been working on Women Empowerment, Family related matters, Matrimonial match making, Matrimonial Disputes Resolution through Mediation and Counseling, Child Education, and Support to the underprivileged, for the last 10 years. Seeing my work in the social field I was invited by All India Memon Jamaat Federation (AIMJF), to join as Deputy Chair Person of the Matrimonial Wing. I agreed to join but informed them that I was interested in doing social work and I was not in greed for any Post as such but on the persuasion of the President I had to take the post of Dy. Chair Person of the Matrimonial Wing, and my name was put on the banner of the opening ceremony of the office of the Matrimonial Wing of AIMJF. I had and have a big vision for such issues and I on joining AIMJF, gave my inputs and ideas to the Managing Committee in general and to the President in particular. I can prove by records that out of the 120 odd matters of Matrimonial cases handled under AIMJF, 80 odd were from my personal contacts who approached AIMJF seeing my past experience. My contacts were used to the best of advantage to lure prospective donors and thereby the collection of donations escalated beyond the regular collections as can been ascertained form the records. The President used my talent, ability, efforts, contacts to get mass benefits during the last 4-5 years and during that period I organized many events and programs to promote all the aims and objectives of AIMJF and the total concept and execution was my brainchild. AIMJF gained immense prominence through my sheer hard work, efforts and PR management. But to my utter shock and disbelief off late the President has started using dictatorial behavior and has adapted a USE AND THROW policy and has started to sideline me for reasons best known to him and can be anything but good. Of many grievances I would like to put across one which is as follows:
1) Inspite of me not accepting any post or designation, I was forcibly made Dy. Chair Person of AIMJF and my name was put on the banner of the opening ceremony of the office of the Matrimonial Wing of AIMJF on the 21/11/2016.
2) After taking all the advantages from my selfless efforts Mr. Iqbal Memon (President AIMJF) with malicious intentions to disgrace me has removed my designation of Dy. Chair Person of AIMJF in the souvenir of 2018 – 2019 of AIMJF.
A charitable and social organization of the repute of AIMJF which is a parent organization of all the Memon Jamaats of India is formed with the aim and objectives of uplifment of all the Memons and it should have an intent of welfare of each and every Memons and should not be Negatively guided as it would not yield positive results. I was not been given conducive atmosphere to work and after being meted with such negetive treatment it’s impossible to work and continue in AIMJF any further whereby I would risk the honor and prestige of my family which is not gained and achieved by association with AIMJF.
Therefore with heavy heart I am tendering my resignation from the post of Dy Chair Person of AIMJF, and would be working for another reputed charitable organization.
