Major setback to Shiv Vahtuk sena Maharashtra president Deepak Maheshwari, Party lady worker filed an FIR against him at RCF Police  Station.

She  alleged in her complaint  Accused was demanding sexual  favour from her , when she refused ,he threatened with dire consequences.After recording her statement. RCF Police booked Deepak Maheshwari under  various sections of IPC ,354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 354 A (making sexually coloured remarks), 354 D (stalking), 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC.But he is not arrested as yet.

” We have registered an FIR allegations made by female leader is very serious we are investigation the case very soon he will be arrested, ” said police officer from RCF Police Station.
