Adv Pradeep Nambiar to fight for re-development of 300 old dangerous and dilapitated buildings in Kalina-Vakola-Kurla

The residents of the 300 old buildings of the Kalina-Vakola-Kurla area which are placed in a very dilapitated condition are in a dilemna and in fear of the collapse of the building anytime. Re-development work has been stalled owing to “Airport Height Restrictions”. The airport authorities do not seem to visualise the dangerous condition of the unsafe building and the pathetic condition of the residents who, frankly speaking keeping their fingers crossed in fear of a calamity in the event of the collapse of the building.

Moreover there are many Gaothans and the roads are in absolute dangerous condition.The civic officials seem to be blind to such precarious road condition and also seem to be mindless to the lives of people of the concerned areas.

Now it comes as good news for the people of Kalina-Vakola-Kurla that eminent advocate-socialist-journalist of the status of Pradeep Nambiar who is an independent candidate from the Kalina constituency has emerged as a blessing in disguise for the people of Kalina. He is on a crusade to fight for the Kalina people, particularly those residing in the 300 old buildings which is in a dangerous and dilapitated condition.
It is his fervent appeal to the Kalina people irrespe tive of their caste-creed-religion to excercise their franchise in his name so that he could take things in his hand and solve their problem and let the building go in for re-development.

It is also an assurance by Adv Pradeep Nambiar to the people of Kalina, that if he emerges victorious it will be his bounden duty to stand by the people of Kalina and set things right for them. It is his wish to make Kalina another “Boston”. Needless to stress that for all the good deeds that he has done for the Kalina in the capacity of social activist, he is doubly sure that the Kalinaites will surely be in his side and vote for him sincerely for their betterment.
