Mumbai: In his wild move to reach out to the poor, needy and the deserving like the auto drivers, buggers, homeless people, labourers and others during the 21-day National Lockdown, Mumbai based Ngo Shahid Bhagat Singh Vichaar Munch has ventured into distribution of food packets among them.
While speaking with Hello Mumbai News ,Mr . Saheb Singh Sindhu , Chairman of ‘Shahid Bhagat singh Vichaar Munch said ,’ we are doing this work since the announcement of the lockdown. We are distributing food packets to those severely affected besides to the poor and needy people in this 21-day lockdown who are coming and collecting the food packet.
Sarabjeet Singh, President of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Vichaar Munch, appeals to each and everyone during this unexpected major crisis support each others and to strictly follow the lockdown order. After all life is very precious and important.
Sarabjeet Singh further added that said , their charity work will continue painstakingly till 14 th April. Anyone from any part of Mumbai or other area can visit the Munch and collect their food packet . The Munch even gives home delivery for the senior citizens. We have been getting very good response .
Sarabjeet further said that even as his organisation have ventured into this noble cause under his NGO, he subsequently appeals to other ngos to come forward and support the poor and needy and deserving people.
