Former BJP MP Kirit somaiya & Ms Nanda Dala Bhamre registered Complaint at Dindoshi Police Station, against BMC & Management of Trauma Care Center Jogeshwari for Criminal Negligence of Oxygen System, resulting in to death of Mr Dala Bhamre on 30 May early morning.

Nanda daughter of the Victim Mr Dala Bhamre demanded inquiry of mishandling of her father’s case, resulted into death.

Due to Defective Oxygen Supply, 7 COVID patients died that day in span of 90 minutes. It’s criminal negligence of BMC.

Understood In all 2 dozen COVID Patients died at Trauma Centre due to Defective Oxygen Supply.

We insist action under IPC Section 304, culpable homicide not amounting to murder, wrongful killing… read with 34 &/or 114 IPC.
