Just now I am at Nagpada police station. I was served 149 CrPC notice on 7.2.20. I was already served with one preventive action and last week police were again trying to serve another preventive action notice though I didn’t breach early preventive action. I gave them in writing that this is bad in law. They never attached any documents with notice.
Now police came to my house with warrant and asked me to give surety. But I refused to give surety and offered to arrest me. Waiting at police station to arrest.
This is nothing but injustice.
We will continue with our agitation against CAA NPR NRC.
Qurbani ka waqt hain and I am going to jail against injustice by Mumbai police.
