Mumbai : Mumbai Police have registered an FIR against Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Priyanka Singh after Rhea Chakraborty complained to the Bandra Police that Sushant’s sister prescribed drugs to him without consultation.

The case has been registered under Cr. No. 576/2020
U/S : 420, 464, 465, 466, 468, 474, 306, 120B, 34 IPC and r/w Sec 8(c), 21, 22(A), 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act in Bandra Police Station.

In line with orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the case is duly transferred to CBI for further investigation.
