Samajwadi party’s MLA Abu  Asim Azmi and MLA Rais Shaikh have been served notice under section 41 of CRPC by Nagpada police station.
Bhiwandi MLA Rais Shaikh was interrogated for around 3 hours by Mumbai Police, one more case registered against MLA Rais Shaikh and Corporator of Samajwadi party, Rukhsana Siddique from Govandi and other members of Samajwadi party by Mumbai Police.
