MUMBAI: In a major relief to hundreds of citizens, the Mumbai Police under the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Zone 03/10 (Western Suburbs) hosted a massive property return ceremony (Muddemal Hastantaran), handing back stolen, lost, and defrauded assets worth a staggering ₹3,26,23,947 to 440 rightful owners.

The mega event was organized today, June 20, 2026, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM at the Auditorium Hall of Seven Hills Hospital, Marol Maroshi Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai.

Sweeping Crackdown Across Six Police Stations

The recovered property spans across multiple jurisdictions in Mumbai’s western corridor. Local teams and specialized officers from Andheri, MIDC, Meghwadi, Jogeshwari, Sakinaka, and Powai police stations worked tirelessly to trace stolen goods, crack down on local thefts, and successfully freeze funds tied to cyber fraud networks.
