Mumbai  Police registered an FIR in Dongri build collapsed case on Tuesday. According to the Police sourced , ” we have filed a case against Contractor and Trustee of ‘ Bai Hirbhai Rahim bhai Aloo Paro Trust , land lord of Kesar bai building B , under various Section of IPC 34(A) , 338, 337 and 34 of IPC  we have started the investigation but no arrest as if know , ” Said Police .

Brief History of the Case :

On July 16 Ground plus four storey structure building collapsed in Dongri area claimed the lives of 14 people. Investigation revealed this building was illegal .
