The holy month of Ramadan is begin Muslims all over the world is celebrating this month with joy and keeping fast for the whole month .The financial capital of India , Mumbai also in Ramadan mood.South Mumbai’s Oldest and Ancient Mosque known as ‘Zakaria Masjid ‘ is famous for its unique lighting, decoration and Roza Iftar arrangement for Rozedar during whole month of Ramzaan.
In an Exclusive Interview with ‘Hello Mumbai News ‘ Mr Rizwan Coatwala Chairman and Trustee said ,” Zakaria Masjid popularly known for its heritage look, and ancient memories we have all kinds of modern facilities such as AC ,  Solar light system,Turkey made Carpets and unique lighting, during every Ramzaan we put lighting every wall of Mosque people across Mumbai suburban come to see this lighting. We have special arrangements for ‘Taravih Namaz , we have good Qari for Taravih Namaaz  Maulana recite Quran -e Paak.

Mr Rizwan Coatwala further states, Every day our Manging Committee organise Iftaar for 500 to 700 Rozedaar in Masjid everyday people from different areas particularly fro south Mumbai come for Iftaar and pray . Abdul Salaam Sayana, Abul Kayoom Rajani and Mubarak Noorani one of the trustees of Zakaria Masjid also support us.
A part from that many more people do their volunteer service during this holy month for 30 days. ” Ramzaan is very important part of Islam and Roza is compulsory for every Muslim during this months people pray and keep roza for whole month, this Mosque is symbol of peace and national integrity , we have also invited other people for Iftaar , On Sunday we have invited Media persons , Senior Police Inspector of Pydhoni Police station   Mr. Avinash Kanade and many social activists for Roza Iftaar , Rizwan Coatwala added.
