Mumbai’s famous Builder Sattar Noble’s son Usman Noble arrested in Multi-Crore Charity Fraud at Dubai!

Mumbai’s famous Builder Sattar Noble’s son Usman Noble has been arrested at Dubai in connection with Multi-Crore Charity Fraud. According to news reports from JINM (Jadid Inquilab News Mumbai) sources, it is alleged that eminent Mumbai Builder Sattar Noble’s son Usman Noble has siphoned more than 90% of charity funds donated by the affluent class of Dubai for the welfare of Indian Mumbai Muslims.

It may be noted that each year the affluent class of Dubai donates huge money in the form of Zakat, Khairat, Sadaqah for the upliftment and well being of the poor and underprivileged section of Indian Mumbai Muslims. But alas 90% of this fund is illegally used-up by the people who collect the charity and only 10% is passed to the poor and underprivileged Muslims in Mumbai. Recently the Dubai Police came to know about this ‘Multi-Crore Charity Fraud’ hence it laid a trap and arrested Usman Noble under the grave charges of unethical use of the charity money for personal use.

Sources from JINM (Jadid Inquilab News Mumbai) declare that like Usman Noble there are several Muslim builders in Mumbai who go to Dubai and beg for charity amount like Zakat, Khairat, Sadaqah. Later in Mumbai, these builders display themselves as Good Samaritan by donating 10% of the same charity collected from Dubai people.
