CCIK Holds Annual General Meeting at Hotel Radisson Collection, Rajbagh

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Kashmir (CCIK) successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today at Hotel Radisson Collection, Rajbagh, Srinagar, at 2:30 PM. The meeting witnessed an impressive gathering of leading entrepreneurs, industrialists, and members of the valley’s business community.
During the session, the election of new office bearers was conducted in a peaceful and unanimous manner, reflecting a strong sense of unity and mutual respect within the organization.
The newly elected team of CCIK is as follows:
Mr. Tariq Ghani – President
Mr. Hussain Khan – Senior Vice President
Dr. Imran – Junior Vice President
Mr. Adnan Shah – Secretary General
Mr. Aatif Khan – Joint Secretary
Mr. Ajaz Khan – Treasurer
Mr. Umer Koul – Convenor
Mr. Ashiq Bhat – Chief Coordinator
Prominent business leader and hotelier Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Chaya was appointed as the Chief Patron of CCIK in recognition of his outstanding contribution to Kashmir’s tourism and hospitality industry.
In his remarks, the re-elected President Mr. Tariq Ghani thanked the members for their continued confidence and support. He assured that CCIK would remain dedicated to promoting trade, industry, and tourism in Jammu & Kashmir while addressing the genuine concerns of the business community.
He also emphasized the importance of collaboration among stakeholders to revive economic growth, attract investment, and strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the region.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks and renewed commitment from all members to work collectively for the prosperity and progress of the business fraternity in Jammu & Kashmir.
