One 19 Old girl Priyanka Shete, has approached to Bombay High Court for protection under article 21 of Constitution of India for protection of life and personal liberty, from her own parents and uncle as they would kill her. One one occasion she attempted suicide because of harassment and one 22nd March her uncle threatened with pistols to kill both of them and her boyfriend Viraj Awaghade 19year old boy as there is love affair between her and her boyfriend her parents are against her love affair and relationship as Girl is Maratha Upper Caste , whereas boy belonged to Matang(माँग) community which is schedule caste, girl apprehended of threat of life she want stay with her boyfriend forever. She filed cr writ petition before Bombay High Court.

It may be noted this writ Petition is filed by well known lawyer Advocate Nitin Satpute.
