Inauguration of the Anti-Drugs and Anti Substance abuse Campaign – A Joint Initiative of R.D National College & Mumbai Police, Anti Terrorism Cell, and Rotary Club of Bombay, BKS (Bandra Khar Santacruz) Citizen Group, MNCDF (Mumbai North Central District Forum)

R.D. & S.H. National College and S.W.A. Science College at Bandra (West) is one of the oldest colleges affiliated to the University of Mumbai and the first of the 24 educational institutions established by the Hyderabad Sind National Collegiate Board. R.D. National College has been catering to the educational needs of varied sections of the society, especially the minorities and the underprivileged. The prestigious educational institution celebrated 72 years of sheer excellence not just in the field of academia but above and beyond it.

The college firmly believes in the ideology of nourishing not only students but also the society. This constantly drives and encourages then to effectuate a plethora of dynamic social, cultural, academic and environmental initiatives. The inauguration of the Anti-Drugs and Anti Substance abuse Campaign – A Joint Initiative undertaken by R.D National College in collaboration with Mumbai Police, Anti-Terrorism Cell of Khar Police Station and Rotary Club of Bombay, BKS (Bandra Khar Santacruz) Citizen Group, MNCDF (Mumbai North Central District Forum) is an example of the same.

This exemplary Campaign against Drug Abuse not just sensitizes the youth of the institute but also several others in Mumbai thus, molding the youth today to play a pivotal role in sculpting and carving a better tomorrow for the society.

This landmark ingenuity shall be executed on 6th April, 2022 at 4p.m. at Meera Watumull Auditorium, R.D. National College, Bandra West, Mumbai and shall prove to be a milestone in our efforts to combat substance abuse.
