Virar Police registered an FIR against 39 year old Advocate for rapping his Advocate colleague Police booked this lawyer under section 376(2)(N). According to the FIR copy which is in possession with Hello Mumbai News the accused and victim both are from Virar and FIR registered on 15th May 2022 but no arrest made so far. The complaint was register after the victim tried to commit suicide by consuming sleeping pills and was rushed to the hospital. On the complain of 45 year old women Advocate who alleged that she was sexually exploited by the accused under the pretext of marring her. Police are verifying the allegation and will take appropriate action.

When Hello Mumbai contacted Investigative Officer of this case PSI Pravin Jagtap he refused to comment on it. Victim was also not in a good health condition due to mental stress, she also refused to talk on this incident.
