Hello Mumbai City Deak

Mumbai, November 2:
Mumbai witnessed a grand medical camp on Sunday, 2nd November, organized by the Rotary Club of Mumbai Western Elite, as part of its ongoing Service Week celebrations. The event, themed “From Check-up to Treatment,” stood out for its scale, organization, and impact — truly a treat to the eyes and soul.

A sea of humanity filled the venue, with over 1000 beneficiaries from across Mumbai — from Andheri to Borivali and even interior villages and padas — availing medical consultations and services. The camp featured nearly all major medical faculties, comparable to those in leading hospitals, offering comprehensive health support under one roof.

The event was graced by District Governor (Rotary District 3141) Dr. Manish Motwani, Club President Vishal Jasrapuria, several Rotary District officers, club members, and renowned doctors from Mumbai. The medical camp received strong support from Bombay Hospital and other Rotary Clubs, ensuring expert healthcare delivery to all participants.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Manish Motwani said,

“Rotary Club is known for its commitment to social and health services. This initiative is part of our Service Week across Mumbai, and we are delighted to see thousands of people benefit from it. Our clubs have come together wonderfully to make this project a great success.”

Mr. Vishal Jasrapuria, President of Rotary Club of Mumbai Western Elite, expressed his gratitude, stating,

“I am deeply thankful to all my fellow Rotarians and colleagues for their immense support in making this camp a success. A special thanks to the team of doctors from Bombay Hospital and other hospitals who treated patients with great care and dedication.”

The event stands as a shining example of Rotary’s enduring commitment to community welfare and healthcare access for all.
