Another woman and Government employee from Assam Rita Devi is  set to become a Man, she has decided for sex Change and recently she approached  St.George Hospital for a  Sex  Change Operation. The Doctor of St. George asked her to get official permission from Assam Government. Rita Devi is employed with Electric Board of Assam Government. After Police Constable Salve,  this is second case of Sex change of Women.
