

The broad daylight attack incident on South Mumbai Mumbai Businessman Raju Sikandar has taken a new twist, with the complainant Raju Sikandar accused the bias role of Byculla Police Station Personnel in the case. He has demanded for an immediate arrest of Mr Hifzur Rheman, the accused who attacked him and also urged the Police to add the name of Mr Rheman in the FIR.
Brief facts of the case :
Raju Sikandar was chased from Dockyard Station, Off Mazagaon. Pointed finger at his Ex-Business Partner. Mr. Raju Sikandar who got attacked with rods & hammer at his office in Dockyard.
For an authentic detail leading to the case, Hello Mumbai News Correspondent Ruchika quizzed Mr. Raajiv about the incident. He said “this incident took place on 30th April 2021 at 5:08pm at my office and when this incident took place I was with my two cousins and his friend. Two people made an abrupt entry to my cabin armed with rod and hammer. One person was waiting down at the gate and according to his driver he was carrying a gun. Total three people had came to attack him.
The three culprits who were arrested are wajeed Yasin Shaikh , Karim urf Shanu Wajeed Khan and Saif.
In the incident Mr.Raju Sikandar got injuired on his left hand and before getting more harmed one culprit was caught while the others ran away from there.
However, FIR has been registered at the Byculla Police Station and subsequently the three culprits have been arrested under IPC Sections 452,324,323,506(2),37(1),135,and 34 of IPC . Meanwhile Mr.Raju has demanded for Section 307 to add in FIR because this was attempt to murder by accused.
After this incident, when Ruchika quizzed Mr.Raju about his demand from the Police, he said Police should arrest Mr.Rehman Ansari his Ex-Business Partner.
MRS Jadhav attached to Byculla police station who is investigating this case.,said “we have not found any kind of evidence against Mr Hifzur Rehman Ansari so we can’t arrest him without any evidence.
However, Mr.Jadhav, said the three Culprits were booked under various sections, but now they have been released on bail as per Court Order. Nevertheless our investigation is underway.
