

In a new development to the fraudstery and cheating case by Santosh Naik,MD & CEO of Disha Direct Marketing Services Pvt Ltd for which the Economic Offence Wing Thane Police arrested him, now Disha Director Sujata Santosh Naik is to receive summons soon and will be grilled. In the cheating case of Crore of investors, complaints are increasing in large numbers and with it the amount too.
Speaking to Hello Mumbai News, Sunil Lokhande DCP Thane Economic Offence Wing reiterated that on the strength of the complaints, the prime accused in this fraud case Santosh Naik has been remanded to judicial custody for one week.
It may be recalled that the Thane EOW has already arrested Santosh Naik ,MD and CEo of Disha Direct Marketing Services on Saturday in crore of cheating case .He has duped the investors in the name of second Home Township. Ironically everything went in vain and he failed to honour the committement.
As per DCP, EOW, Sujata Naik is one of the Directors in Disha Marketing Services, hence, her role may be of prime importance in this scam. That’s precisely the reason behind that it was decided to send summons to her and inquiry will follow related to the case.
Earlier in a crackdown on fraudsters and cheaters, the Economic Offences Wing(EOW) of Thane Police has arrested Santosh Naik,MD & CEO of Disha Direct Marketing Services Pvt Ltd a resident of Thane, from his Hiranandani Estate residence for allegedly cheating 25 investors to the tune of around Rs 3.15 crore.EOW booked him under Saction 420,409,404 and 34 IPC.
Reportedly, Santosh Naik had lured innocent buyers to invest in the second home property in Shahapur and finally duped them.
Further investigation is being conducted by EOW, Thane
Any investors been cheated can approach EOW Thane.
As per sources it’s learnt that Naik has even duped some IAS officers too.
