*No clean chit from police, FIR/ Complaint is still alive,*
it’s Just incompetency Report forwarded by police to the Magistrate, by exposing themselves that how police are incompetent, inefficient and corrupt as well as how they are unable to find any evidence against accused person. That police has exposed themselves as how they are helping, Protecting and shielding accused person.
Police does not want to do anything and they do not want to investigate and bring the evidence on record arrest accused.
*Now many questions remains unanswered as under…*
1) why police has recorded statements of the people who knows nothing or claim to remember nothing??
2) why the police have not completed assistant director Shyni Shetty’s statement?
3) why police have not Recorded Statements of Wasim Shaikh, Hair Dressers’s Aziza’s,Spotboy Syed statements, and others witnesses ??? Why these witnesses have been scared to come out and give statement??
4) why police has not collected the evidence of “Remark about the monthly period :-
“On October 5, 2018, One of the accused has passed the remarks that *“she must be having a period”* this remark is very much available on the YouTube till date.
5) why police has not sent any intimation to complainants or her Advocate Nitin Satpute.
6) whether in last month of may 2019 police informed Accused their planning that they are going to file summery report therefore some news came in media. Or Why in last month police said there no clean chit to accused.
7) what happened or what police have done with personal remarks about period. This is a one of the fresh offence committed by the accused by disclosing and exposing private matters of women which also attributes criminal offence under section 354 of IPC.
8)Also the footage of the car attack submitted as evidence,the handwritten complaint to Cintaa in 2008 and Cintaa recent apology for non action on sexual harrassment complaint in 2008 is supporting evidence.
9)what more evidence is needed in a harrassment case??
This are the unanswered questions will be raised in the court of law.
Summery report will be opposed and our all witnesses will be produced in the court for recording their statements, we will lead evidence in court.
If the local police is not interested to carry out investigation then we will seek directions for transfer of investigation before appropriate authorities.
