Mumbai Court On Wednesday Convicted three Bangladeshi Nationals for illegally Entry in the Country and stay illegally with the help of Fake Documents.
The Convicts have been identified as Mohammad Shaid Aakas Ali Shaikh,Chandal Husain Ali Sardar and Firdous Mohammad Qasim Gazi.
Mymbai Court sentenced them to one year and fined for their illegal activities.

Brief History of the Case:

These all three accused have been arrested in January 2024 by team of Police Inspector Milind Kathe (CIU). Acting on a  tip-off Mr Kathe and his team laid a trap at Chembur and arrested all three accused during the investigation Police found fake Documents, Aadhar card,Pen and and passport from them.Police booked all accused under various sections.

Mumbai Court Found guilty on the basis of evidence provided by Mumbai Crime Branch under section 465,466,467,471,34IPC with 3(a),6(a),1960 Pass Port Act,3(1),13,14,(a)14(b).
Court pronounced 1year sentence and fined to all three illegal Bangaladeshi Nationals.

Since Mumbai Police launched Opration against illegal Bangaladeshi Nationals as if now 28  Cases have been registered against Bangladeshi Nationals and in this connection 42 have been arrested so far by Mumbai police .
