VKSSS Society Members up in hands against the builder and Managing Committee!
A section of the society members of Vesawa Koli Sahkari Sarvoday Sanstha Society Ltd (VKSSS) has expressed anger and discontent over the alleged sale agreement deed signed between the builder and Managing Committee members. This annoyed section of the VKSSS members alleged the deed has several illegal contents and could have hard-hitting recompression on the society members.
Bhushan Pede, along with Asha Zamne and other society members who are the legal residents of Pede House located at Versova Village in the prime Andheri area, are thus, up in hands against the builder and a handful of Managing Committee members. They allege the builder and Managing Committee in nexus have secretly go the deed signed and are now fearing to confront the other society members.
Speaking with Hello Mumbai, Bhushan Pede, said, “We are the members of VKSSS (Regd Society) having more than 3500 members and reside at Teri Gali Ramle Marg in Versova, Andheri.”
Informing about his grievance, Bhushan Pede told Hello Mumbai, “Dejected with the deed signed between builder and Managing Committee members without consent of the majority of the people , we had demanded to hold a General Body Meeting to sort out the issue and place our grievance against the deed but despite several reminders and letters the Managing Committee has maintained dictatorial stance and have ignored all our request to hold a meeting. Hence we have sought legal procedure to tackle the situation.”
Irked at the dictatorship attitude of the Managing Committee members Pede told Hello Mumbai, “We want to ask the Managing Committee members of Vesawa Koli Sarvodaya Sahkari Sanstha who has given them the rights to register sale and development deed with the consent of majority members? We want to check what procedure has been followed to get the Sale Agreement signed??”
“However it is tragic the Managing Committee is silent and not responding to our question and denied meeting or any reply,” mourned Pede.
As per by-laws of our Vesawa Koli Sahkari Sarvoday Sanstha Society Ltd 1/5 members have the LEGAL RIGHT to ask for SGM, Hence the members were planning to hold a meeting on September 8, 2018 but since the Managing Committee member declined request hence the frustrated VKSSS member met Fisheries Commissioner Ms. Burande and submitted applications regarding the same to her as well as all respective departments.
The VKSSS are thus in dilemma and keeping their figure crossed to get justice!
