Mumbai: Mumbai Police has beefed up security at the Jalsa bungalow of Amitabh Bachchan after he and his son Abhishek tested positive for Coronavirus.

This was necessitated as media persons rushed to the bungalow to get update on his health and his fans assembling outside.

He alongside his son Abhishek who has also contracted the virus are in Nanavati Hospital receiving treatment.
