Shiv Sena and Congress already hint at ruling party for the missing names of the voters from the list and also blamed for the misuse of the government machines. Now the citizens group and NGO’s also came in support of this political parties and is set to file a public interest litigation against the Election Commission over the issue of names that were missing from voter list in the recent civil body election.

According to some estimates nearly 12 lakh voter’s name were missing which is over 13% of the 91 lakh registered voters in the city. Western suburb such as Bandra West , Vile Parle, Borivali and Dahisar got such complaints. Now everyone  is going to High Court against Election Commission. Court will decide who are the culprit behind this scam.
