Mumbai: Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia modifies format of Invitation Letter for Business Visa w.e.f 19th February 2020

Mumbai: The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia has made modifications in the format of the Invitation Letter for Business Visa with immediate effect from 19th February 2020.

The Invitation letter/Visa order for Business visit visa can be contrived by the Saudi company using the link https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/CommercialVisitVisa.

Once the order is created, it should be attested from Saudi Chamber of Commerce for ratification. The visa could be applied no sooner the Invitation letter/Visa order gets ratified from the Chamber of commerce.
The Invitation letter/Visa order issued already as per earlier format for Commercial or Working visit visa nerds to be changed in accordance to the new format for Business visit visa. The documents needs to be arranged accordingly.
