What you think about women empowerment?:
WOMEN are an integral part of the human ecosystem and today taking a stand for themselves and being included in the bigger communities be it decision making in household or critical thinking in higher up of the corporate ladder or just standing for their and the surrounding communities rights and rightful justice, is a very important aspect of Women Empowerment.
For this the right steps, direction, guidance and strength begins from home. With the support of a father, to a brother, to a husband or even a friend is where it starts. I believe if a man is standing strong with a woman, she can, not just stand tall and confident, but also achieve the tallest of mountains in her life as well as single handedly she can keep protected & support her family and her communities at all times.
A woman is a multi-tasker and thus she is capable of achieving much more with little moral support which may even be just in the form of a blade of grass !! So to say.
Women empowerment is a big pedestal today to help communities grow and stay stable like the characteristics of a typical woman.
What should be the leader ship qualities to achieve success?:
To achieve success, focus is very important with a WHY. To be able to lead the team to the same focus and showing them a vision towards the organizational goal for themselves as individuals and for the organisation we work for or which we may own às entrépreneurs.

So there’s team work, common goals, aiming for the growth of all involved, recognition, rewards, appreciation and finally learning and developmental support, plays as a great game changer.
Individually humbleness, believing in the team and their individual capabilities, staying strong with initiative and having integrity is a great leadership quality to be able to lead all with confidence towards success.
