Vibha Singal’s journey is rooted in the values she absorbed growing up in a close-knit family, shaped profoundly by her parents and grandparents. Early lessons in empathy, giving back, and human
connection became the foundation of her worldview and continue to guide her mission today.
An alumna of IIM Ahmedabad, Vibha brings nearly two decades of leadership experience across some of the world’s most respected organisations, including Amazon, Accenture, JetPrivilege, and Glance.
Over the years, even as her corporate career flourished, she felt a growing pull toward creating deeper human impact and building solutions that meaningfully improve people’s lives.
This calling became deeply personal during the Covid pandemic when she lost her father unexpectedly.
Supporting her mother through the process of rebuilding her life opened Vibha’s eyes to the emotional, social, and functional gaps seniors confront every day. Determined to address these
realities, she founded her first venture, Sukoon Unlimited, dedicated to enhancing senior wellbeing in India.
Through this work, Vibha recognised a broader, urgent need—India’s seniors deserved more than fragmented services. They needed a dignified, joyful, purpose-led ecosystem that helps them thrive,
not just cope with ageing. This insight inspired her to join Marzi where now she serves as Co-Founder.
At Marzi, Vibha is committed to reimagining ageing in India as vibrant, connected, and empowering.
She envisions a future where elders live life entirely on their own terms—supported by thoughtful design, high trust, and technology that enhances, rather than replaces, human connection.
