I believe challenges are mindsets. We should focus on solutions. However the hurdles I found awkward are Gender Biases in Work Culture, be it at Job or in Business. The good part is, the perseverance and building strong support network helped me a lot to dig deep and strong pillars to my business.

Hahahaha. Balancing professional life with personal life is a tug of war each day. Esp when you have growing kids it’s terrific. However my only Mantra is prioritarize the work first, Managing Time and delegation of work to your Team can help you build equilibrium at work and home. I would like to suggest other females that identify your work roles and delegate. Not each work has to be done by you. And have a strong helping Team both at work and home.

I would like to say that don’t be just an aspirant. If you really want to fly high you will have to move out of your comfort zone first. Start taking decisions related to your business and also start making facilities of rolling money to your Business. This is really important where majorly businesses break due to lack of finances that which you could have rolled better earlier. Take small steps to gain confidence.

Take it from Sudha Narayana ji inspires to be simple living and high thinking to Neeta Ambani ji’s swaggy workstyles. Mary Kom spreads courage while Nirmala Sitaraman ji (first full time lady Finance Minister of India) inspires boldness for me. These are just few examples. Therefore I say that each and every women is my inspiration.
