For years, males dominated the business industry, leaving less or no room for females. But the trend has changed now. Creating job opportunities for a large number of people, the women have braved the societal pressures and stereotypes to come up with the solutions that are far more reliable and innovative.
Recent years, Maharashtra has witnessed an increase in women-owned businesses in fields such as household Industry, fashion, farming, IT, manufacturing, oil, and more. The development has broken the gender stereotype where women are depicted as weaker and incapable. These bold and fearlessly ambitious entrepreneurs are shaping the future of Maharashtra, serving as mentors to millions of women and youths.

I am Mrs Neelima kapuria
MSc in Diet and Nutrition
Masters in Women and Sports Health
Working in the fitness industry since last 20 years I have been planning diet for many body builders across India and abroad.

My restaurant Pizzzenia has been awarded India’s best regional brand award and Nagpur brand leadership award in 2017 and 2018

I have been invited to many shows as a judging panel or special guest of honour it is difficult to mention all of them so I have decided not to mention any specific name but there are many

I believe in positivity towards life. Being a cancer survivor I personally feel one should live each and every moment and we thankful to God for this wonderful world.
