Ritika R Tantia :
I am a Chartered Accountant in practice and the founder of Nart and Co, a management consultancy firm that focuses on taxation, compliance, and government subsidy advisory. My journey started with a simple intention—to help businesses grow in the right way. Over the years, while working with entrepreneurs and MSMEs, I realized that many businesses struggle not because they lack ideas, but because they lack the right guidance on compliance, funding, and government support. That realization motivated me to build a platform where businesses could receive practical and honest guidance to scale their ventures.

. What inspired you to launch your start-up/brand, and what was the idea behind it?

The inspiration came from seeing many entrepreneurs miss out on government benefits simply because they were unaware of them or did not have the right documentation. The idea behind starting Nart and Co was to bridge that gap. I wanted to create a professional consultancy that helps businesses access subsidies, manage compliance properly, and make better financial decisions.

What major challenges or difficulties did you face while building your start-up, and how did you overcome them?
Ritika R Tantia :
One of the biggest challenges was creating awareness. Many people either do not believe government schemes are accessible or they think the process is too complicated. Building trust took time. I focused on educating entrepreneurs through seminars, consultations, and real case examples. When clients started receiving actual benefits and subsidies, the trust grew naturally.
