Odissi Dance Centre organised its first Annual show – ‘Pranava’ Gets Overwhelming response ,At Dadar

Odissi Dance Centre organised its first Annual show – Pranava 2018 on 25th November afternoon at Swtantrya Veer Savarkar Auditorium , Dadar West. Smt Priyanki Gupta , founder of the dance centre opened the show with a graceful and traditional odissi dance piece – Mangalacharan Ramashtakam , the tale of Lord Rama. It was followed by beautiful classical sequences by her students from 4 year olds onwards. There were also few interesting dance performances where the little kids danced with the senior students who were working women and housewives. Srigarmani awardee Priyanki Gupta choreographed some brilliant set pieces in the second half where they celebrated traditional folk dances. The program concluded with all the fascinating display of colours and dance where all her students filled the stage with some imaginative synchronised performances. Pranava 2018 was inaugurated by renowned Manipuri dance veteran Padmashri Darshana Jhaveri who blessed the students for carrying the tradition forward. Priyanki Gupta is trained by prominent Odissi dancer Smt Sharmila Biswas and she has performed in the major dance festivals across the world. She is also learned from Padmavibhushan Guru Kelucharan Mahapatra and Sonal Man Singh.
The event was well attended and was endorsed by Bollywood Actor Sonu Sood as well. Maratha Reservation Bill Passed in Maharashtra Assembly, Maratha Gets 16 Percent Reservation

Good news for Maratha Community in Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis-led Maharashtra government has proposed 16 per cent quota for the Maratha community in jobs and education. The introduction of the bill will be preceded by the action taken report (ATR) on the State Backward Class Commission’s recommendations for Maratha quota before the end of the Winter session, a government source told PTI.

Speaking in the state assembly on Thursday, Chief Minister Fadnavis said, “We’ve completed a due procedure for Maratha reservation report and we’re bringing a bill today.”

Why Sunni Wakf Board Should Allow To Make Ram Mandir?

We are watching the current scenario and had watched the past scenario from 6 December 1992.

Day before yesterday all Sadhu sant hold “Dharm Sansad” in Ayodhya for 3 days. The outcome of “Dharam Sansad” is reported in all print media. Urdu print media reported it very prominently.

It’s pertinent to note that neither BJP nor VHP nor RSS or any of the member of “Sangh Parivar” was allowed in this meeting.

All most all speakers in this Dharam Sansad were critical of Modi and Yogi. They said very important thing that Modi and Yogi are communalising hindu people and they didn’t like it. They opposed Yogi’s 221 meter “Ram Murti”. Non of the speaker’s talked single bad word against Muslim or Islam. From this we must understand that “Sadhu sant of Hindu community” are not against Muslim nor Islam. But they are against Modi and Yogi and sangh Parivar.

Now what muslim should do???

Ram Mandir judgement will be announced in next few months. There is every chances that judgement may come in favour of Sunni wakf board. If judgement comes in favour of Sunni wakf board,will muslim can demolish the present make shift of Ram mandir? and will built Masjid? The answer is big “No”.BJP will try to bring bill thereafter in favour of Ram Mandir and will charge communal atmosohere, which will harm us. Ram mandir bill or ordinance will be passed and BJP with its sangh parivar will take credit for the same and will start building Ram Mandir by charging communal atmosphere and it may land country to “Civil War” and country will be destroyed and secular fabric of our country will be destroyed by communal forces.

I had taken part in many debated on “Ram Mandir” and in these debated except BJP RSS people, almost all hindu debaters were against the communal ideology of BJP RSS. Even few hindu brother said that the way BJP RSS are charging communal atmosphere, they don’t want such Ram Mandir.

I had noticed that 97 % hindu are secular and believes in “Ganga Jamuna” tehzeeb. Just 3% RSS followers are charging communal atmosphere in the name of “Bhagwan Ram”.
Now BJP government is fully flop all over as “Vikas” is not born inspite of great efforts and they don’t want to loose the power and decided to charge communal atmosphere to appease hindu vote,which is very difficult for them. Modi and BJP if think that they are loosing power, they will destroy our country while going out.

Under above circumstances it’s duty of muslim community to save the country from destruction and to respect the sentiments of our elder brother Hindu.

In my honest opinion, muslim intellectual must sit together and must tell Sunni wakf board to forfeit the claim of Masjid and to hand over land to “Sadhu sant” to built “Ram Mandir” with the condition not to involve BJP RSS VHP and Sangh Parivar to involve and indulge in the construction of Ram mandir with further assurance that in future they will not have any claim on any of muslim structure. This decision can not be termed as decision out of fear but this decision is for peace and to respect sentiments of Hindu brothers. We can wakf our land to Hindu brothers to respect their sentiments.

This decision of our community will be lauded all over the world in most positive way. This decision will be the final nail in the coffins of BJP and BJP will be finished forever,instead of our country.

Muslim must think this decision in most positive way to save our country and to bring peace and to kill the “Communal Monster”.
Hope true Muslim will take my post in right perspective and will share my view all over.

Fire Breaks Out Near Shivaji Nagar in Pune, Maharashtra – Exclusive Video Of The Spot

Big fire in a slum area in Pune’s Shivaji Nagar, Patil State, Lane No. 3, The fire seems to have begun after a cylinder blast at around 1 pm and spread fast as more cylinders from five-six other households blasted off in the fire, compounding the tragedy, reports Marathi daily Loksatta.

Fire tenders have been called from Pune and adjoining Pimpri Chinchwad fire stations. Crowds gathering to have a look at the fire are impeding fire-fighting efforts, reports the paper. Police have tried to cordon off the area and also rerouted traffic along the slums. No Casualties Reported.

Transwoman MLA Candidate Goes Missing from her house in Hyderabad ,Hijra Community feared Kidnapped

Chandramukhi Muvvala, a transwoman activist who is contesting the MLA elections as a candidate of BLF (Bahujan Left Front) in Goshamahal constituency, has been missing since early morning today, 27th November 2018. She went missing from her home, and friends from the transgender community who arrived to help her with campaigning were unable to locate her all day. She has been unreachable and her mother has been in a state of extreme despair. She is feared to be kidnapped.

A complaint has been filed in Banjara Hills Police Station near her house. As an activist with Telangana Hijra Intersex Transgender Samiti Chandramukhi had strongly protested against atrocities upon members of the transgender and hijra communities, and had always been an outspoken voice at many rallies and public events upholding the self respect of transgender people. Her decision to contest was also a decision that she felt would help the entire community. We fear for her safety and condemn the lack of safety measures organized for her and for other women and transgender candidates, which acts as a strong force that dissuades transgender persons and women from joining politics. Chandramukhi’s campaign kicked off just one day before she went missing.

We demand that the police act immediately to trace her.

A Journo’s view of mediation albeit a paradox was well received at a law conference held yesterday, by the Thakur Ramnarayan College of law Dhaisar, Mumbai.
Subjects ranged from impact of competition law in the health care market, comparative analysis of Indian Price fixing cartel, constitutionality of the right to die, transformation of personnel laws need of the hour, Local arbitration and mediation to space mining. Edrich Miranda a journo with the “Afternoon D & C”, had a free run with his presentation of exposing lacuna in Local Arbitration and mediation through a non advocate’s perception unlike those in the field of law, who could not traverse constraints by virtue of being in the legal profession. Edrich had no fretters or restraint to hold him from presenting what he perceived as the true account of daily transpires in subordinate courts in Mumbai, Where Magistrates conduct mediation behind closed doors, litigants and advocates are made to vacate the court room, while the proceedings go on, resulting in that many court hours being wrongly utilized, at the peril of other litigants, another of his critical observations was that magistrates don’t qualify to preside over Mediation, because it involves more of psychology and less of law.
