Builder Sameer Natu Arrested in Cheating Case; Remanded to Police Custody Till January 9

Naupada Police have arrested builder Sameer Mukund Natu in connection with a cheating case. Following his arrest, the court has remanded him to police custody till January 9 for further investigation.
Confirming the news, Assistant Police Inspector Dattaraya Yadav  from Naupada Police Station told Hello Mumbai News over the phone that the accused has been booked under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), including Sections 316(2), 318(4), and 3(5).
we have arrested builder Sameer  Mukund Natu and obtained his police custody till January 9. Further investigation in the matter is currently underway,” API  Dattaraya Yadav said.
