12000 women tie Rakhi to Encounter Specialist Cop Pradeep Sharma: 
Mumbai: On the auspicious festival of Raksha Bandhan 12,000 women tied Rakhi to the wrist of Mumbai’s dynamic Cop Pradeep Sharma renowned as Encounter Specialist.
Pradeep Sharma, the Senior Police Inspector of Maharashtra Police is famed for his daring and vibrant nature. He is recognized for eliminating the deadly gang war in Mumbai in the 80’s by encountering many notorious criminals, particularly from the Underworld.
Sharma also holds the distinction of nabbing the infamous fugitive Iqbal Kaskar, younger brother of Underworld kingpin Dawood Ibrahim in the Extortion case. Since Sharma joined Thane Police, he is back with a vengeance like his early days and has exposed the evil Bookie racket etc. In nutshell, Pradeep Sharma has once again become a threat to the Mafias in Mumbai.
Pradeep Sharma rightly deserves to be the favorite brother of women as he is truly the real-life hero. Today, when the ladies are desperately seeking loyal brothers as the modesty of even a minor girl, is at stake, police officers like Pradeep Sharma are the real examples for the male community to emulate.

This  Rakshabandhan Function  was attended by around 12thousand women and it was organized by PS Foundation (Pradeep Sharma Foundation) at Relon Arcade, Near Ramkrishna Mandir,Andheri East .
