3 T20 Indo-Nepal Friendship Cup 2025: A Celebration of Inclusivity in Cricket

Rudrapur, Uttarakhand – February 2025:

The Indo-Nepal Friendship Cup, a prestigious 3 T20 International Wheelchair Cricket Series, is set to take place at Gandhi Park, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, on February 23rd, 24th, and 26th, 2025. This groundbreaking event, organized by the Disabled Sporting Society Uttarakhand, is being held under the aegis of the Divyang Cricket Control Board of India (DCCBI) and is affiliated with the International Council of Wheelchair Cricket (ICWC).

The series will witness three high-energy matches between Wheelchair Cricket teams of India and Nepal, reinforcing the message of inclusivity, sportsmanship, and international friendship. This tournament is a testament to the unwavering determination and resilience of para-athletes who continue to redefine the spirit of cricket. Ramesh Sartape from Maharashtra has been selected to Again Captain Indian Wheelchair Cricket Team. Apart from Shahid Ansari (Wk), Krishna Shinde, Parshuram Desale and Suresh Joshi from the Maharashtra Wheelchair Cricket team has been selected in Indian Wheelchair Cricket Team.
