The card has been kept at a value of ₹ 20
The card can be purchased by any person dining or visiting these restaurants.
This card is to be given to any needy.
The card can be reimbursed for a one time meal at any of these restaurants in the form of a parcel by the needy.

Help reaches the needy in the form of food.
A stop is put to the misuse of money which is normally given otherwise.
A small effort in stopping the practise of making children handicapped and forcing them to beg for money.
A full stomach is a happy
person thus in somewhere or the other helping to curb crime
