makes it aptly clear “Wear a MASK and say NO to lockdown
The Chief Minister asks “Do we need a lockdown? If you behave responsibly, we will know in the next eight days. Those who don’t want a lockdown, will wear a mask. Those who want a lockdown, will not wear one. So wear a mask and say NO to the lockdown,” Thackeray stated.
The Maha CM warned that all public functions, including government, religious, political, and social events have banned in Maharashtra from tomorrow, Monday 22 February and further warned of a “stricter lockdown” if Covid-19 rules are flouted. Giving slogan of “wear masks, say no to lockdown”, the CM said that almost 7,000 daily cases are worrying and it would be clear in a fortnight if Maharashtra is witnessing a second wave.
