Police arrests notorious criminal for cheating investors and rape case!
The Borivali Police have arrested a history-sheeter and a notorious criminal who looted several lakhs of money from vulnerable investors promising economical flats in MHADA, SRA, and MMRDA projects but duped them. The convict is also charged in the rape case of bar-girl.
Briefing media the police informed the accused Nizam Sheikh is a profession cheater, who has duped many people posing as MHADA official and showed them lucrative dreams of a flat at MHADA, SRA, and MMRDA at very cheap rates! Venerable investors believed his sweet-talks and invested their life earnings in the hope of an economical flat in Mumbai. But cruel Nizam Sheikh escaped with their hard earned money leaving the poor investors in soup! Nizam Sheikh has been arrested man times in cheating cases too but he continues his crime.
Besides cheating investors, Nizam Sheikh is a womanizer too and would fume several lakh of rupees on girls at ladies bar. Police informed that Nizam Sheikh was in a relationship with a 30-year-old bar girl from Borivali. A police officer told Hello Mumbai, “During the first interaction, Nizam Sheikh impressed the bar girl by spending a huge amount of money on her. Later winning her confidence Nizam Sheikh promised her an economical flat in Mumbai and extorted huge money from her. Initially, the woman trusted Sheikh. However after several months when the lady did not get her flat she suspected and demanded her money back from Nizam Sheikh.”
The police informed, “When Sheikh became sick of the lady’s demand, clever Sheikh called the lady to a hotel promising to pay her money. Delighted the lady reached the hotel but Sheikh instead of paying her money raped her and threatened her with dire consequences. When the lady made repeated attempt to recover her money Sheikh abused her and threatened to trap her in a police case.”
“The accused Nizam Sheikh is a married man with two children but he is so notorious and infamous that he has entangled relation with his family. Hence he spends each night at various hotels instead of his own house,” the police added.
The Borivali police have arrested Nizam Sheikh for cheating investors and in the rape case.
