Kandivali Police registered Extortion Case against Rajpurohit Local Shivsena leader of Eknath Shinde Faction and his  five associates for  allegedly demanded an Extortion sum of Rs 5 lakh from the civil Order to initiate road work project in Irani Wadi Kandivali West area.

The Case was registered following a complaint lodged by Ashish Shelar Malha a civil Engineer.As per the Fir copy which is available with Hello Mumbai News,  accused demanded extortion money related the road Construction work which is going on in Kandivali When Complainant failed to complete the Extortion demand he was called at Rajpurohit office at Irani Wadi and physical assaulted by his associates with bamboo sticks .

After this incident Ashish Shailesh Malha approached to Kandivali Police station, Police recorded his Statement after found reality and evidence Police registered an FIR against Lalsingh Rajput and 5 others.
Among these accused Pintu Jaiswal and Nilesh Jaiswal arrested, both of them produced before the court on Saturday and by Metropolitan Court sent to Judicial Custody.

Police Booked all 6 Accused Lal Singh Rajpurohit, Ganesh Pawar Pintu Jaiswal, Vikas Gupta, Nilesh Jaiswal and Suresh Shah,All booked Under173 B.N.N .S Act,308(1),308(2),308(5),17(2),190,191(3)189(2)115(1) and 322.

While Speaking with Hello Mumbai News over phone Harish Gavli Police Inspector of Kandivali West Police station confirmed this news,” we have arrested Two Accused Pintu Jaiswal and Nilesh Jaiswal in this Case court have sent both of them in Judicial Custody,now our team is searching other four accused they are absconded but very Soon we will arrest them our investigation is underway”.
