Mahim Police On Monday a case against Birjesh Shetty alias Prasad Anna owner of Crown Palace Restaurant and Bar for allegedly Sexually Molested and assaulted her female Singer Staff at the workplace of Hotel.
Based on the Complaint filed by Female Singer,We have booked accused under BNS Section Brijesh Shetty 72,79,115 and 351(2) for outraging modesty of woman,Said Investigation officer of the Case.
While Speaking with Hello Mumbai News over Phone Police Sub Inspector Sujit Chalke Confirmed,” after receiving the written Complaint we have immediately lodged an FIR against the accused Brijesh Shetty and served him notice,we also recorded the eye witnesses statement in this Case but now he released on bail with Conditional Bail our further investigation is underway”.
According to FIR (Which is available with Hello Mumbai News). Hot arguments Sparked over a AC issue between Complainant and other female staff suddenly accused Brijesh Shetty interfered in the matter and starred to use abuse language and tried to tear the clothe of victim in front of all of staff threatened amd assaulted her threatened with dire Consequences.
Complainant lashes out at Mahim Police to safeguard the accused.
While Speaking with Hello Mumbai News Victim saide,” I want justice but Mahim Police couldn’t help me now I will move to Women Commission and will rais my issue before them because he is not arrested yet in this Case Mahim Police supported him because he is Influential and runs a hotel.
On the other hand Mahim Police Denis all allegations.
1: Why Mahim Police didn’t seized the CCTV camera of the Hotel.
2: Police recorded statment of Employees only.
3: After filling an FIR immediately the accused released on bail by Mahim Police.
4: Police didn’t summoned to others who were present during the Incident.
On the other hand police denied all allegations “We have recorded the statement of the Complainant and after investigation we have put all sections.As per B..N S.S Act but we can’t arrest him we followed all process as per Law says an officer of the Case.
