A woman (32) registered an FIR against Actor Sharad Kapoor at  Khar Police station In her Complaint she alleged , Actor Sharad Kapoor invited her to his khar office cum house to discuss the film project during the discussion he forcefully touched her body  and behaved inappropriately victim woman objected and left the premises immediately and rushed to the khar police station to lodge a Complaint.

The Khar Police have filed a case against him under sections 74, 75, and 79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and he has been summoned for questioning regarding the allegations.
