Innovari – Innovation & Mentoring Hub, served as the Outreach Partner for Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Rojgar Mahakumbh 2026, organized by SNDT Women’s University. The initiative brought students, fresh graduates and industry representatives together on a common platform to explore employment and career opportunities.
The Rojgar Mahakumbh 2026 was inaugurated by Hon’ble Shri Devendra Fadnavis, Chief Minister of Maharashtra, at Patkar Hall, SNDT Women’s University, Churchgate, Mumbai, marking the commencement of an initiative focused on creating greater access to employment and industry opportunities for students and fresh graduates.
As the Outreach Partner, Innovari took a student-centric approach to the initiative. The Innovari team directly reached out to students, created awareness about the Rojgar Mahakumbh, communicated the opportunities available and encouraged eligible students to participate.
As part of its on-ground outreach, Innovari hosted Stall No. 24 at Usha Mittal Institute of Technology (UMIT), SNDT Women’s University, Juhu, where the team directly interacted with students and helped connect them with the employment opportunities offered through the Mahakumbh.
For Innovari, the initiative was more than simply promoting an event. It was about building a bridge between students and the professional world by bringing information about industry and employment opportunities closer to the student community.
Students had the opportunity to meet recruiters, attend interviews, explore career pathways and build professional connections. Through direct engagement with students, Innovari encouraged them to take proactive steps towards their careers and make use of opportunities available beyond the classroom.
Through this initiative, around 6 aspirants are likely to secure placement opportunities through the participating recruiters.
The initiative reflects Innovari’s vision of connecting students, industry and opportunities and its continued efforts towards creating meaningful platforms for career awareness, industry exposure, professional networking and student growth.
