Rafique Mandlia is not new face among congress party in Rajasthan , Recently he contested Rajasthan Assembly Election from ‘Churu’ but Bjp Candidate Rajendra Singh Rathod defeated him.

Rafique Mandlia has Contested first time Loksabha Election from ‘Churu’ in 2009 but he lost with less margin.This is the second time Rajasthan congress trusted him and fielded him . lets see how Mr. Mandliya’s luck support him this time.
